Trusted Property Inspections, LLC is in search of an entry level-mid-level home inspector to join their growing team.
TPI is currently a 2-person team with more business than we can handle, looking to grow rapidly.
About the role
This inspector should have some previous construction experience, and ideally have a year or 2 of experience completing inspections on residential property.
After a trial basis completing inspections with an experienced inspector, this inspector would work with an assistant to complete inspections on their own and should be able to confidently explain problems with a home and how they might be repaired.
This candidate should have their own vehicle capable of carrying a 7ft ladder and be willing to drive up to 1hr away for any given inspection, but most will be within the 270 belt.
Must be personable and willing to be a sales person as well.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
