Payment Policy Information – Standard Inspection
Payment: Payment for services is due upon scheduling in order for us to reserve your appointment.
Cancelation: Services canceled within 24 hours of the start time of inspection will be credited back 50% of the inspection cost.
Rescheduling: Services rescheduled within 24 hours of the start time of inspection will be billed a $50 fee.
Trip Fee: If for some reason we cannot enter the property usually due to a PM not posting a notice, losing keys, or tenants changing locks we will access a trip fee not less than $100 but can be more due to property location. This will be billed to the client prior to going back out. It is up to the client if they want to try and get reimbursed from the seller later.
Payment Policy Information – Walk-Through Inspection
Payment: Payment for services is due upon scheduling in order for us to reserve your appointment. Due to the nature of these inspections the payment is 100% non-refundable even if we can not complete the inspection.
Trip Fee: If for some reason we cannot enter the property usually due to a PM not posting a notice, losing keys, or tenants changing locks we will access a trip fee not less than $100 but can be more due to property location. This will be billed to the client prior to going back out. It is up to the client if they want to try and get reimbursed from the seller later.
